Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the dwk99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. dwk99 does not permit access to, or use of, the Platform by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of dwk99 or any of its affiliated game-studio partners, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.
• You must not already hold an existing dwk99 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held therein may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the dwk99 Platform or any other platform operated by dwk99's affiliates.

Account Registration

To place wagers or access real-money game content on the dwk99 Platform, a Player must first complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and the Indonesian mobile number to which the Account will be linked. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. dwk99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dwk99 support immediately at support@dwk99.pro.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the dwk99 Platform. If dwk99 identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Bonuses obtained through duplicate Accounts will be voided, and dwk99 reserves the right to retain winnings generated from wagering with such bonuses.

3.4 KYC Verification

dwk99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a valid Indonesian National ID — KTP, or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal request is processed or at any other time dwk99 deems necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to Account closure.

3.5 Account Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting dwk99 customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dwk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in IDR. dwk99 does not accept payment methods from third parties — the name on the payment instrument must match the name on the registered dwk99 Account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet channels are credited to the Player's Account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. dwk99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which dwk99 accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be subject to change without advance notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by dwk99 within an average of 15 minutes for verified Accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the dwk99 Account.
• A Player must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in the Account balance.
• dwk99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• dwk99 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Processing times may vary based on the Player's bank or e-wallet provider's own settlement schedules.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

Any dispute regarding a deposit or withdrawal transaction must be raised with dwk99 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. dwk99 will investigate all transaction disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. Players are advised to retain transaction reference numbers and bank statements as supporting evidence.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dwk99 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the relevant promotion page and to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by dwk99 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and low-margin sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are displayed in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dwk99 monitors Player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; collusion between Players to exploit bonus offers; and the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. If dwk99 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend or close the Account, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not utilised, and wagering requirements that are not completed, within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. dwk99 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus is awarded.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

dwk99 makes available a library of games sourced from internationally licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game availability may vary and dwk99 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game from its platform at any time without prior notice. The removal of a game does not entitle a Player to any compensation.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets

dwk99's Sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across a broad range of sporting events, with particular depth in football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League), badminton, volleyball, MotoGP at the Mandalika circuit, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (Indonesia's popular accumulator betting format) is available across all major markets. Odds are subject to change and are correct only at the time a wager is accepted and confirmed. dwk99 reserves the right to void markets in cases of data error, match abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances.

6.3 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or a wager being incorrectly accepted or settled, dwk99 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. dwk99 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If a Player experiences an internet disconnection mid-game, dwk99's server will continue to process the game round in progress according to the game's standard rules. Upon reconnection, the Player will be able to view the outcome of the interrupted round. dwk99 is not liable for any data costs, service interruptions, or losses arising from a Player's internet connectivity issues.

Responsible Gaming

dwk99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that while the vast majority of Players enjoy online gaming as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviour. dwk99 provides the following tools and resources to help Players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time-Out: Players may set a session time-out period ranging from 30 minutes to 24 hours, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dwk99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from any Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or other circumvention tool.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy intended to defraud dwk99 or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in dwk99's favour without promptly reporting them to dwk99 support.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity under applicable law.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to dwk99 at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dwk99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account without their express authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dwk99 Platform — including but not limited to the dwk99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, and data compilations — is the property of dwk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without dwk99's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of dwk99's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

dwk99 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of Player data is governed by the dwk99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and is available at dwk99.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and you consent to the data practices described therein.

All data transmitted between a Player's device and the dwk99 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, consistent with the standard employed by leading Indonesian financial institutions including BCA and Mandiri. dwk99 does not sell, share, or rent Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dwk99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, whether caused by planned maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure, or otherwise.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game outcomes caused by data errors from third-party providers, provided that dwk99 corrects such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.

dwk99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, however arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Amendments to These Terms

dwk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dwk99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active Players via their registered email address or via an on-screen notification upon their next login. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwk99 holds its international gaming licence. For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gaming is subject to specific legal restrictions under Indonesian law, and that you assume full personal responsibility for verifying and complying with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering and using the Platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dwk99, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through dwk99 customer support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by dwk99 at the time the arbitration is initiated. The language of arbitration shall be English.
